Senior/ Duty Manager (Orchard Rendezvous Hotel)

The Senior/Duty Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the hotel, supervising Front Office sections including reception, cashier, and reservations, and ensuring positive corporate image projection to guests. This role involves handling guest complaints, assisting VIP services, monitoring staff performance, and managing operational tasks like room inventory and cash floats. Candidates must possess a minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, coupled with 2–3 years of Front Office or supervisory experience within the hotel industry. Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar systems, strong leadership skills, and a willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays are essential requirements.
