Service Crew

Company: Fast Track Pte Ltd (Nalan Restaurant) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Singapore Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly. Prepare hot and cold beverages. Pack takeaway and online delivery orders accurately. Recommend menu items and promotions to customers. Clear and reset tables after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Refill condiments, cutlery, and other service supplies. Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs. Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally. Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager. Requirements N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent. Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply. Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage. Candidates without the certificate will be sponsored by the company to attend the course.
