WHAT TO EXPECT This role is to act as the key business liaison between finexis and in-house vendor, supporting IT governance, TRM compliance, system enhancements, access controls, stakeholder coordination, user support, and data-related initiatives to ensure effective delivery of business and operational requirements. WHAT YOU’LL DO Serve as the primary liaison between external vendor and finexis for IT-related initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, communication and follow-through. Support TRM compliance, IT governance requirements and related control processes. Gather, document, manage and coordinate business and IT requirements with relevant stakeholders. Oversee IT infrastructure governance matters with in-house vendor, including system access controls and related oversight. Provide first-level support to FCs and internal staff by developing a sound understanding of finexis’ systems, assisting with enquiries, and coordinating with IT Helpdesk where required. Develop, maintain and enhance relevant policies, procedures and process documentation to strengthen governance, accountability and stakeholder ownership. Drive systems, data and analytics integration initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reporting capabilities and business insights. WHO YOU ARE Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, IT Governance, Technology Risk Management, Data Analytics, or related areas would be advantageous. Experience in business analysis, IT project coordination, system enhancements, UAT and process documentation. Good understanding of the financial advisory industry, FA business operations, compliance requirements, IT governance, TRM and access control processes. Ability to gather, analyse and translate business, operational and regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate between business users, in-house vendor, internal departments, FCs and external vendors. Good knowledge of system support processes, including user enquiries, issue escalation, tracking and closure. Experience in data, reporting and analytics initiatives to support operational efficiency and management oversight would be advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, documentation and problem-solving skills. Prior exposure to the financial advisory, financial services or insurance environment would be preferred.
