Job Duties: • Food preparation for sauce & seasoning. • Assist head chef in the preparation of food ingredients & cooking. • Operate kitchen equipment such as Grill, Fryer and etc. • Assist in managing the operation of the kitchen. • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen at all times and assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements: • Passionate about F&B and culinary arts. • Driven and willing to learn. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Able to commit rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
