F&B Area Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure smooth operations and high service standards. Monitor sales performance, operating costs, inventory, and profitability. Lead, train, and supervise outlet managers and staff. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company SOPs, and workplace safety requirements. Support new outlet openings and drive operational improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of experience managing multiple Chinese restaurant outlets. Strong knowledge of Chinese restaurant operations and kitchen workflow. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple outlets in a fast-paced environment.
