About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager with a strong background in electronics and business development to drive sales and business expansion across Europe. This role is responsible for customer acquisition, account management, distributor and sales rep management, as well as executing market expansion strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead new customer acquisition, account management, and distributor/sales rep relationships • Execute company product marketing and sales strategies to drive regional market expansion. • Collect and analyze market intelligence on business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends. • Prepare high-quality reports and deliver regular sales updates to headquarters. • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. • Grow and retain assigned accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Participate in pre-sales activities such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution discussions. • Engage with customers to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions. • Support development of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. • Conduct competitive analysis and determine market pricing for various customer segments. Requirements • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of sales, business development, and management experience in the memory semiconductor industry. • Proven track record in customer development and distributor management • Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel frequently across the region for customer visits and business development. • Ability to work independently, managing full business operations in the region. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
