Sales Coordinator (Marine)

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations to assist sales teams, such as order acknowledgment, quotation processing, purchase orders, sales orders, etc. To communicate and arrange for the delivery of a customer's request To give current clients excellent support and customer care. Respond to phone calls and in-person inquiries General administrative sales tasks Any other ad hoc duties that the management and manager delegate Qualifications: GCE "O" or Nitec Level Skilled in using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Having experience with Oracle SAP is advantageous. Have a positive work ethic and a strong sense of accountability. Resourceful and capable of working on their own in a hectic setting Self-reliant, mature, and prepared to work with little direction Needs to be upbeat and proactive in problem-solving
