Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager, National Youth Teams, the Team Manager, National Youth Teams, is responsible for providing leadership, administrative, and organisational support in the management and delivery of National Youth Team programmes, as directed by the Senior Manager and Head Coach. Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide leadership and administrative support in liaising with Clubs, Schools, MINDEF, MHA, SportSG, SNOC, MCCY, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the release of players for international and local matches, while cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships Work closely with the Technical Division and National Team coaches to develop the annual training and competition calendar, taking into account FIFA, AFC, and AFF competition schedules, as well as major multi-sport events such as the SEA Games Ensure the timely and accurate registration of players and staff for all international and domestic competitions Facilitate and ensure the availability of all required facilities, equipment, and logistical support for National Youth Team programmes Ensure all necessary applications and supporting documents are completed and submitted on time to maintain eligibility for Singapore Sports Institute (SSI) support services Coordinate and manage all international travel arrangements for National Youth Team programmes, including visa applications, accommodation, meals, flights, and leave applications for players, part-time staff, and volunteers Liaise with the official apparel partner to ensure that equipment and apparel inventory is available and delivered as required Oversee and support player welfare matters, including insurance, medical treatments, allowances, scholarships, and other related support services Attend training sessions, matches, and events involving the National Youth Teams as required, and maintain accurate daily attendance records for players Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the FAS General Secretary and/or Director, Technical Division Job Requirements Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Sports Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline At least two years of experience in sports administration or operations, preferably within a high-performance sporting environment Good general knowledge of football, both in Singapore and internationally Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise competing demands, and meet tight deadlines Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with the capability to support the needs of players, coaches, and multidisciplinary staff Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including the ability to prepare reports and presentation materials, and perform basic data analysis Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team Willing and able to travel overseas with the National Teams as required, including on short notice where necessary Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
