About this role

Job Description Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and National Environment Agency (NEA) regulations Conduct regular site inspections and comprehensive risk assessments Identify potential hazards and implement effective corrective and preventive measures Enforce safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices across all site activities Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports with recommendations Lead safety briefings, toolbox meetings Maintain accurate safety records, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear Liaise with Project Managers, supervisors, and relevant authorities on safety matters Monitor and supervise high-risk activities, including lifting operations and work at height operations Job Requirements Relevant experience in construction industry preferred Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safety standards Strong attention to detail and enforcement ability Good communication and reporting skills Able to work on-site and handle multiple locations if required A MOM registered Safety Officer What We Offer Annual Performance Bonus Annual Increment Project Completion Incentives Medical Benefits Career Advancement Opportunities
