Job Summary Lead daily operations and a team at a FotoHub concept store, delivering excellent customer service and managing digital imaging, photo printing, merchandising, and sales to meet monthly targets. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain attractive store presentation Achieve monthly sales targets through effective team guidance and sales strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team and customers to enhance customer satisfaction Operate the ‘Noritus GreenLab’ printing machine to produce high-quality prints Apply digital imaging skills and use PhotoShop editing software to enhance images Handle camera and lighting equipment to capture professional ID photographs Perform product merchandising to ensure appealing product displays Manage cashiering functions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment Required competencies and certifications Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field Ability to work 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays, with overtime as needed Computer literacy to support operational tasks Ability to work effectively under stress while maintaining customer focus Preferred competencies and qualifications Training provided by the company to enhance job-related skills Other Information Location: Raffles City Compensation includes basic salary, overtime pay, allowances, and incentives
