Delivery Operation Supervisor

Objective: To be responsible in all delivery planning of drivers' route and scheduling off-days/ leaves on monthly basis and to ensure smooth delivery in day-to-day operation has met the delivery plan and schedules. Job Duties: • Supervise, train, mentor and motivate a team of delivery drivers and assistants. • Planning drivers' delivery routes and delivery assistants on their monthly duties roster. • To cover main drivers' delivery route and/ or stand-by duties for other deliveries. • Responsible to arrange for substitution of drivers who is on leaves/ MC and rearrange or deployment of delivery. • Record all vehicle servicing report, inspection, cleaning and washing under your supervision. • Submitting drivers' daily sign-in/ out report sheet or OTs to the HR and other miscellaneous administration work. • Arrange driver for company's special delivery. • Help company to reduce and control drivers' OT. • Ensure all drivers completed daily delivery and return vehicles before leaving the company. • Investigate and resolve delivery related complaints and discrepancies promptly and efficiently. Job Requirements: • SINGAPOREANS ONLY • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving and decision making abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Valid Class 3 driving license with clean driving records. • Require to work on both weekends and public holidays.
