Sales Engineer – Fire & Public Safety Solutions

Ltd. is a Singapore-based technology company specializing in advanced sensing and mission-critical solutions for Fire & Rescue, Public Safety, Homeland Security, and defense markets. Our portfolio includes thermal imaging cameras, fire ground situational awareness systems, other advanced sensing technologies designed for fire, rescue, law enforcement, and emergency response applications. We are looking for a passionate, self-driven, and customer-focused Sales Engineer to join our growing team and help expand our business across Southeast Asia. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage business opportunities across Singapore and the ASEAN region. Promote innovative products and solutions to Fire Services, Civil Defence, Law Enforcement, Military and Industrial customers. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer training. Prepare quotations, tenders and technical proposals. Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, conferences and customer visits. Build long-term relationships with distributors, system integrators and government agencies. Gather market intelligence and provide customer feedback to support future product development. Requirements Essential Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development or sales engineering. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with strong customer relationship management skills. Willing to travel frequently within Asia Pacific (approximately 30–40%). Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office.
