Roles & Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities 1) Responsible for implementation of work on-site and all other related matters. 2) Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of the project site. 3) Manage all worker on site, ensuring proper execution of project. 4) Monitor site safety and ensure all safety requirement are enforced. 5) Ensure that all works carried out meet company's quality standards and requirements. 6) Ensure the efficiency of manpower deployment. 7) Coordinate and communicate among team members, customers, and contractors to ensure that all works are carried out according to the approved drawing/specification. 8) Provide on-site solutions during supervision works. 9) Scheduling the workers and ensuring instructions are carried out properly. 10) Ensure work completed on times. 11) Any other ad-hoc duties that be assigned from time to time.
