Supervisor

Food Production Supervisor Job Requirements: Knowledge of food factory processing procedures, including cooked food preparation, frozen meal production, marinating and food preservation. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role. Willingness to work on a permanent night shift. Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Familiarity with inventory management, stock control, and proper storage procedures. Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth operational flow from the factory to retail outlets. Comfortable working in a cold room while wearing the required protective equipment. Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge to perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs is an advantage but not mandatory.
