About this role

Primary Responsibility As a Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role on the retail floor by driving team performance, supporting daily operations, and ensuring exceptional service standards that align with On’s premium brand identity. You will act as the bridge between the leadership team and frontline staff, guiding associates to deliver consistent and impactful customer experiences. Areas of Responsibilities Team Leadership & Floor Management Support the Store Operations Manager/Assistant Store & Service Manager in overseeing day to-day store operations and staff coordination. Lead and supervise the sales floor during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with daily priorities. Act as the first point of contact for store staff on operational or customer matters in the absence of store leadership. Provide on-the-ground coaching to team members, ensuring consistent service excellence and operational compliance. Customer Experience &Sales Execution Deliver best-in-class customer experiences by modeling strong engagement, storytelling, and selling techniques. Resolve escalated customer issues effectively and maintain a service-led store environment. Track store performance metrics such as conversion, UPT, APT and provide recommendations for improvement. Operational Oversight Assist with key operational functions including rostering support, opening and closing procedures, and compliance checks. Work with the Visual Merchandising and Operations team to ensure the store is well-presented, stocked, and meets visual standards. Support cashiering processes, stock handling, and secure high-value transactions. Training & Development Mentor and support Sales & Service Associates and Senior Associates in their daily responsibilities. Reinforce training on On’s brand values, product innovations, and customer service protocols.
