Primary Responsibility The incumbent is responsible for leading the brand in Singapore by delivering outstanding customer experience, brand perception, sales growth, and profitability. As a leader, you are expected to embody the Company's values and leadership expectations, serving as a role model for all colleagues. Areas of Responsibilities Customer Offering, Experience & Service Identify market-specific customer needs and opportunities across all channels. Maintain a strong understanding of the brand DNA to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Oversee pricing strategy, merchandise buying, customer experience, service standards, and innovation across all channels. Continuously evaluate and improve the customer journey to drive loyalty and brand affinity. Sales & Profit Full accountability for the brand's P&L and cash flow performance. Analyse business performance and establish goals, action plans, and follow-up measures to optimize sales, growth, and profitability. Drive commercial initiatives to achieve revenue and margin targets. Monitor key business KPIs and take corrective actions where necessary. People Full accountability for talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention. Build and maintain a strong organizational culture aligned with the Company's values. Develop leadership capabilities within the team through coaching and succession planning. Foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment. Expansion Full accountability for retail and omni-channel expansion opportunities, where applicable. Oversee store openings, relocations, renovations, and maintenance standards across the store portfolio. Evaluate market opportunities and support long-term growth strategies.
