Operations Supervisor, Shipping Key Duties & Responsibilities Customer Relationship and job Coordination Supervise and co-ordinate all work carried out by Ops Team in accordance to company policy Ensure all information, communication and correspondences relating to port calls are properly maintained in job files, MSand archived into Shipping business application (GAC Agent). Ensure the timely delivery of all job files to the DA dept for invoicing Assign vessels and jobs to Ops team fairly. Ability to supervise & motivate the Ops Team and prepared to work long and irregular hours. Coordinating all operations with each designated ops executive to ensure successful jobcompletion.
