Junior Accountant / Accountant Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities The incumbent will assist the Finance Manager in supervising the day to day operations of the Finance Department. He or she will assist in the following duties which include: · Month-end closing of accounts and preparation of management and finance reports. · Review of payment vouchers, general ledger vouchers. · Assist in providing guidance to a team of accounts executives / assistants in their work. · Review of GST and submit GST-filing for the company. · Preparing daily and monthly cash flow reports. · Liaising with company secretary for company secretarial matters. · Liaising with tax agents for tax matters of the company. · Liaising with auditors for annual audit. · Preparation of audit schedules and assists in other analysis of the financial results. · Liaising with operations/line departments for issues concerning financial processes. · Involve in day to day finance operation issues. · Assist in other ad-hoc duties when required Qualifications & Experiences · Degree in Accountancy or other Professional Accountancy qualifications such as ACCA · Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. · Competent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
