Job Summary Join our growing team as a Sales Support & Customer Service Executive, providing administrative and sales support, preparing quotations, handling customer enquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team to facilitate smooth operations Prepare accurate quotations and related documentation to support sales processes Maintain showroom Answer all incoming calls, meet & greet all clients & visitors to showroom Respond promptly to call-in customer enquiries and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and timely communication Organize tasks efficiently, manage multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details to support team goals Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare documents and reports Demonstrate a positive attitude, cheerful personality, and willingness to learn to contribute to a collaborative work environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in sales support and/or customer service to enhance job performance Other Information Benefits 5 days work week Weekends and public holidays off Attractive salary package On-the-job training provided Central work location
