Full Time Shop Sales Assistant

Retail Sales Assistant (SHIFT WORK) Job Hours: Shiftwork with 2 shifts (9 hours per shift with 1 hour of lunch break) 5 days work week, 1 work day to be on weekend. Job Scope includes: Provide friendly and professional customer service. Recommend suitable products and explain their usage and preparation. Operate the POS system and handle cashless and cash transactions accurately. Pack, weigh, label, and prepare customer purchases and delivery orders. Replenish shelves, monitor stock levels, and maintain attractive product displays. Keep the store clean, organised, and well-stocked. Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, and daily store operations. Learn and maintain product knowledge on herbs, dried seafood, bird's nest, mushrooms, teas, and seasonal products. Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.
