Kitchen Helper

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in maintaining smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting and portioning ingredients. Support chefs and kitchen staff during food preparation and service. Wash dishes, cooking utensils and kitchen equipment. Keep food preparation areas, storage areas and kitchen equipment clean and organised. Receive, arrange and store ingredients and supplies properly. Follow food hygiene, workplace safety and sanitation procedures. Dispose of waste correctly and maintain general kitchen cleanliness. Carry out other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Manager. Requirements Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential; training will be provided. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, punctual and willing to learn. Good teamwork and communication skills. Able to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as scheduled. Working Hours 5-day work week 44 working hours per week Shift hours will be scheduled according to operational requirements.
