General Manager (Business Development)

Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's wholesale trade business. Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners. Manage and strengthen business operations with clients and partners in Myanmar. Liaise with Myanmar customers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and effective communication. Conduct regular business trips to Myanmar for customer visits, market development, negotiations, and relationship management. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with customers and suppliers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and high customer satisfaction. Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and strategic development plans for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant trade regulations. Must able to work on Sunday and Public Holiday Requirements: Bachelor's degree At least 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or wholesale trade. Experience handling the Myanmar market is an advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Willing and able to travel frequently to Myanmar for business purposes. Able to speak Myanmar language is an advantage. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
