Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of growth. We are inviting experienced and self-motivated individuals to join our fast expansion team as Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of A&A projects from initiation to completion. RESPONSIBILITIES · Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission · Prepare Bills of Quantity · Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary · Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures · Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control · Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget · Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors · Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors · Carry out contract administration duties REQUIREMENTS · Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University · At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field · Be able to take instructions and work independently · Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels · Able to work well in a team
