Project Manager (Mnc | Contractual Arrangement)

Job Responsibilities Support the development of the project charter for the Commercial Learning & Development transformation initiative. Coordinate with stakeholders to track and follow up on key project workstreams, including LMS technology integration, capability content migration, procurement, and finance. Co-create operational plans with country teams across global markets, including the US, Europe, and International Region. Collaborate with external vendors to develop new training content, learning journeys, pathways, translations, and design solutions. Help define and monitor KPIs, risk management activities, change management plans, communication plans, and timelines across different workstreams. Partner with HR to align on required skills, competencies, and assessment approaches. Job Requirements Degree graduate with min. 8 years of related experience Ability to manage complex project and work closely with global leaders Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders Strong problem solving Additional Details 9 months and subject to future extension possibility.
