About this role

Assisted the Building Manager in overseeing daily building operations, maintenance, and property management activities. Coordinated preventive maintenance schedules and monitored the performance of service contractors to ensure smooth operations. Conducted regular building inspections, identified defects, and recommended repair and improvement works while maintaining knowledge of M&E systems. Managed tenant handover and takeover processes, maintained proper documentation, and ensured compliance with property management contracts. Built strong landlord and tenant relationships by addressing enquiries and complaints, improving service delivery, and sourcing quotations for maintenance, repair, and renovation works. Requirement: Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in English and Chinese to support business communication where required.
