Application Consultant (AI & Digital Transformation)

Responsibilities Drive adoption of in-house AI tools by identifying user needs and recommending suitable AI solutions. Develop user guides, prompt libraries, playbooks, and support onboarding, testing, and user feedback. Configure and deploy low-code/no-code workflow automation solutions using platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, or UiPath. Document workflows, business requirements, implementation processes, and ensure compliance with organisational policies. Deliver AI training, workshops, demonstrations, and create learning resources to build AI literacy across users. Coordinate AI adoption projects, manage timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and prepare project updates and reports. Promote responsible AI practices by educating users on governance, confidentiality, accuracy, and human oversight, while performing other assigned duties. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Digital Transformation, Education, Project Management, or a related discipline. Strong interest in AI technologies, digital transformation, workflow optimisation, and user enablement. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience or familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Copilot, UiPath, or similar tools. Experience in digital adoption, change management, business process improvement, or project coordination, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
