Recruitment Consultant

About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the GMP Group HQ team. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent to support the strategic growth of our client organisations across Singapore. What You'll Be Doing Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job specification to offer negotiation and onboarding for a variety of roles and industries. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and hiring requirements. Proactively source and screen high-calibre candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels. Conduct competency-based interviews and skills assessments to identify the best-fit candidates. Provide timely, professional and transparent communication to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment CRM system. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year's experience as a recruiter, ideally within the human resources and recruitment industry. Strong track record of sourcing, screening and placing high-quality candidates in permanent and contract roles. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, trends and legislation. Proactive, driven and commercially-minded with a consultative approach. Proficient in using recruitment tools and CRM systems .
