Maintenance Engineer (West/ Manufacturing)

Responsibilities Equipment Troubleshooting & Maintenance • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including: o Vacuum systems (TMP, gauges, pumps) o Sputter machines (Anelva or equivalent preferred) o Motion systems (motors, drivers) • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions In-house Overhaul & Servicing (Key Focus) • Perform in-house servicing and overhaul for: o Disk rotation mechanisms (units, bearings, seals, alignment) o Rotary magnet cathodes(disassembly, inspection, rebuild, balancing) • Reduce dependency on OEM by: o Reverse engineering parts where feasible o Developing internal procedures and standards Requirements • 2–5years’ experience in manufacturing / semiconductor equipment • Stronghands-on experience in: o Mechanical assembly/disassembly o Equipmenttroubleshooting and maintenance • Able to read electrical diagrams and perform wiringwork • Experience in equipmentoverhaul / rebuild work • Familiarwith: o Rotatingmechanisms (bearings, shafts,alignment) o Vacuumsealing and assembly practices To find out more about thisopportunity, please contact Lionel Liew at lionel.liew@gmprecruit.com .
