Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Responsibilities: Prospect new clients through cold calling and follow up on provided leads. Promote Ocean, Air and Total Logistics solutions tailored to customer needs. Acquire new accounts and grow the customer base to achieve sales targets. Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and prompt issue resolution. Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely payment collection. Generate client referrals and support marketing initiatives. Prepare accurate sales reports and perform other assigned duties.
