Supervisor

Job Description Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. Lead, train, and supervise staff. Prepare, pack, and display food products. Maintain product quality, food safety, and cleanliness. Handle customer service and cashier duties. Monitor stock, receive deliveries, and replenish supplies. Prepare daily sales and inventory reports. Open and close the outlet. Perform general operational duties, including cleaning, packing, washing, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in F&B or retail. Able to lead a team and work independently. Hands-on and willing to perform general operational duties. Responsible, reliable, and customer service-oriented. Good communication and organisational skills. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Basic food hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
