IT Systems Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive IT Systems Engineer to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure across both cloud and on-premiseenvironments. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical IT systems while supporting daily operations and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, server administration, and cloud platforms, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & System Administration Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments. Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and messaging platforms. Perform server installation, configuration, patch management, and system upgrades. Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure business continuity. Operational Support Provide technical support for internal IT systems and infrastructure-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve server, application, and system performance issues. Support daily IT operations and respond to incidents in a timely manner. Work closely with users and stakeholders to address technical requirements. Security & Compliance Maintain system security controls and ensure compliance with established IT policies and standards. Support security reviews, audits, and infrastructure hardening initiatives. Ensure system configurations align with operational and compliance requirements. Documentation & Projects Maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures. Participate in infrastructure enhancement and technology implementation projects. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the IT environment. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
