Operations Executive (East)

[Job ID: 1635710] Responsibilities Manage tenant relations as the primary point of contact for all building-related queries Maintain accurate tenant staff profiles within the access control system Administer parking allocations and provide support for tenant and guest parking requests Oversee visitor management, including handling virtual helpdesk queries on directions, access, and parking Attend weekly coordination meetings on building performance, covering technical, cleanliness, safety, and security matters Coordinate and implement building programmes, including wellness initiatives and innovation hub events Support renewal of relevant certifications such as Greenmark, WELL, and SmartScore Communicate updates on policies and operational practices to building occupants on behalf of the FM team Manage occupant amenities including web applications, café operations, pantries, meeting rooms, and shuttle services Assist the Facility/Property Manager with administrative and operational tasks related to building and tenant management Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or customer-facing roles Experience managing tenant relations or building operations Knowledge of built environment, innovation, or technology is an added advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
