AI Security Engineer/Manager (Cybersecurity | Located At Tuas)

[Job ID: 1646672] Job Summary: Lead the organization's AI security strategy, architecture, and controls to ensure the secure adoption of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, and machine learning solutions. Responsibilities: Define and lead the AI security strategy, roadmap, and standards Establish secure-by-design principles for AI platforms and applications Provide security architecture guidance for Generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning solutions Serve as the subject matter expert on AI security risks, threats, and controls Conduct security assessments, threat modelling, and architecture reviews Design and implement controls to mitigate risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and model misuse Drive remediation of identified vulnerabilities and security risks Support AI security monitoring and incident response readiness Assess emerging AI-enabled cyber threats and vulnerabilities Collaborate with Security Operations, Risk, Audit, and Technology teams to strengthen AI security posture Translate technical security risks into business and executive-level insights Promote responsible and secure AI adoption across the organization Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Ccience, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of cybersecurity experience in areas such as Security Architecture, Security Engineering, Application Security, Threat Intelligence, or Product Security Proven experience leading technical teams or cybersecurity initiatives Strong expertise in secure system design, risk assessment, and security architecture Experience working with Generative AI, LLM-based applications, AI platforms, or AI-enabled systems Solid technical skills in Security Architecture, Threat Modelling, Application Security, SSDLC, Cloud Security, Security Engineering, Risk Assessment, and Incident Response Knowledge of AI security practices including GenAI controls, guardrails, and adversarial risks is an added advantage Familiarity with prompt injection, data leakage prevention, and AI threat modelling is an added advantage Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks is an added advantage Exposure to LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and copilot platforms is an added advantage Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP or equivalent are an added advantage We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
