JOB ID: 1625588 Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end case management and operational processes for insurance applications, policy servicing, and complex HNW cases. Monitor operational workflows, turnaround times, and service standards to ensure efficient and seamless client servicing. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall client experience. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members while fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and proper documentation standards, while supporting ad-hoc operational projects as required. Key Requirements Proven experience in insurance brokerage operations and case management, preferably within the High-Net-Worth (HNW) segment. Strong understanding of life insurance products, operational processes, and client servicing requirements for HNW clients. Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to manage complex cases and competing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and stakeholder management abilities.
