Sales Advisor [Industrial Vehicle Parts]

[Job ID: 1644474] Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects to support customer portfolio growth in collaboration with Business Development and Branch Managers. Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations and orders to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement. Collect and report market intelligence, including product pricing, competitor activities, and economic trends, to support business decision-making. Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and high-quality customer service. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a professional and positive first-order experience. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs related to company products and services. Proactively identify and engage potential customers through sales insights and lead-generation activities to create new business opportunities. Educate and support customers in using the company's e-commerce platform to enhance self-service capabilities. Provide support and coverage for team members when required. Requirements: Multiple years of relevant experience in a technical-commercial, sales, or customer development role. Strong relationship management and sales skills with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English for liaising with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking clients and stakeholders. Experience in outbound calling and customer engagement activities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Persistent, resilient, and proactive in managing sales and administrative responsibilities.
