HR Generalist (Immediate/ Construction/ East/ Up To $4.2K)

[Job ID: 1649259] Responsibilities Manage end-to-end work pass processes, including application, renewal, cancellation, and compliance with regulations Oversee the full lifecycle of foreign employees, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding Coordinate home leave, flight arrangements, and maintain accurate leave records Arrange mandatory training, certifications, medical check-ups, and safety course renewals Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation in compliance with statutory requirements Administer attendance, timesheets, and verify overtime for payroll processing Process monthly payroll accurately, including overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements (e.g. CPF, SDL, IR8A, IR21 submissions) Prepare payroll, headcount, leave, and ad-hoc HR reports for management Administer employee leave, claims, and benefits Manage PPE issuance, inventory tracking, and documentation Support general office administration and procurement of supplies Organise employee engagement activities, welfare programmes, and company events Liaise with external stakeholders including government agencies, dormitory operators, and vendors Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, company policies, and ISO documentation standards Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field Proven payroll processing experience is required Hands-on experience in work pass administration and employee management Experience in the construction industry is required To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
