IT Desktop Officer (Contract, Convertible, Renewable)

[Job ID:1642369] Job Summary: Customer-focused IT professional to deliver end-user support, maintain IT operations, and ensure reliable technology services. Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues. Maintain and support Windows operating systems and business applications. Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and Office applications. Manage Identity and Access Management activities within Azure AD / Entra ID. Support network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN environments. Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware-related faults and replacements. Perform software installation, upgrades, and system configuration. Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in accordance with agreed service levels. Collaborate with regional technical teams to maintain stable IT operations and user satisfaction. Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or a related field. Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment. Experience providing onsite end-user technical support. Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Azure is an added advantage. Experience with AWS is an added advantage. Basic understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking concepts is an added advantage.
