Sales & Marketing Executive [Horeca]

[Job ID: 1645661] Responsibilities: Develop and grow sales within the Foodservice (HORECA) channel, focusing on frozen processed foods and seasonings. Identify and acquire new customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutional kitchens. Leverage existing industry networks to accelerate business development and market penetration. Conduct regular visits to end users and distributors to drive product adoption and increase sales volume. Deliver product presentations, sampling sessions, menu applications, and demonstrations. Manage assigned distributors to ensure effective market coverage and product availability. Monitor distributor performance including sales volume, inventory levels, pricing, and promotional execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners. Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategies. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market updates for management. Identify opportunities for product listings, menu expansion, and channel development. Support trade promotions, marketing activities, and product launches within the HORECA segment. Ensure effective execution of sales plans, pricing strategies, and territory coverage. Address customer feedback, product issues, and after-sales support in a timely manner. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Foodservice (HORECA) segment. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred. Strong network with end users and distributors in the HORECA industry. Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development. Experience in selling frozen processed foods or related products is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
