Corporate Communications Executive

[Job ID: 1646373] Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage the production of regional newsletters, e-newsletters, and internal communication materials. Oversee the end-to-end publication process, including content collection, editing, translation, proofreading, design review, and scheduling. Collaborate with regional offices and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Manage printing, distribution, and logistics for newsletters and corporate materials. Develop engaging content such as articles, interviews, photography, videos, and presentations to support employee engagement initiatives. Partner with internal teams to create communication materials for various digital and offline channels. Support implementation of brand strategy and provide guidance on branding matters. Organise and coordinate brand-related initiatives such as workshops and discussions. Liaise with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent brand communication. Track and evaluate communication effectiveness through performance reports and analytics. Assist in CSR initiatives and communication projects, including preparing press releases, event materials, and reports. Support regional communication projects as required. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience in content creation, including photography, videography, or graphic design, is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an added advantage. Strong organisational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
