Sales Coordinator (1 Year Contract, Convertible / Central)

[Job ID: 1638768] Responsibilities Process customer orders and verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines with factories Create and maintain accurate sales orders in internal systems and SAP Issue order confirmations and provide timely updates on order status Coordinate stock availability, production progress, and delivery schedules with factories Arrange shipments and liaise with warehouses for packing and dispatch Work closely with freight forwarders on booking and delivery schedules Prepare shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists Track order progress to ensure on-time fulfilment and resolve any order-related issues Follow up on customer payments and maintain records of accounts payable transactions Maintain accurate filing of sales, shipping, and administrative documents Coordinate communication between customers, factories, warehouses, and logistics partners Requirements Experience in sales coordination, customer service, logistics, or order processing Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and Incoterms Experience using SAP or similar order management systems Experience working in a Japanese company or in the fishing tackle industry is an added advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
