About this role

[Job ID: 1649614] Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes as requested by customers Specialise in deep-fried, lightly fried, and steamed Japanese cuisine Plan, prepare, and store ingredients to maintain food quality and safety standards Ensure consistency and presentation of all dishes served Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior kitchen staff when required Communicate effectively with customers to understand preferences and build relationships Report kitchen activities and issues to management Support daily kitchen operations and complete additional duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in preparing Japanese cuisine. Ability to work during F&B operational days and hours , including Saturdays (Closed on Sundays) & PH . Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality standards. Experienced candidates will be considered for a more senior position.
