Commodity Trading Executive (Hybrid / Shift / No Experience / Cbd / Up To $3.3K + AWS + Pb)

[Job ID: 1641095] Responsibilities: Execute soft commodities and CBOT grains orders across day and night trading sessions Manage order executions and provide accurate fill details to stakeholders Perform daily reconciliation between broker statements and internal records Maintain and update trade recaps, ensuring positions are accurate and aligned Liaise with brokers to resolve discrepancies and support EFP transactions Roll over futures positions to subsequent contract months as required Prepare and send provisional and final price statements to suppliers and customers Monitor margin levels across FCM accounts and coordinate top-ups with Finance Record settlement balances and support margin management discussions Maintain accurate records of supplier and customer futures fixing Match trade recaps with purchase and sales contracts to ensure pricing accuracy Identify and rectify overpricing through reallocation or position closing Ensure all fixing deadlines are met and issue final pricing upon completion Provide pricing updates to stakeholders as needed Track vessel loading status and follow up on completion Tag contracts to vessels and resolve quantity variances Perform futures adjustments for FOB contracts to match loaded quantities Monitor customer adherence to pricing deadlines Prepare and share monthly WASDE report insights with trading teams Requirements: Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business or any other related field Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply Comfortable working rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night; night shift is WFH) Experience in pricing analysis or related role is an added advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
