[Job ID: 1639948] Responsibilities: Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and related documentation Assess and certify progress payments to subcontractors and suppliers Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders to clients Manage and finalize accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Experience with quantity surveying measurement software is an added advantage We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
