[Job Order ID:1484803] Responsibilities Deliver safe, individualised nursing care in accordance with professional, clinical and infection control standards. Assess, monitor and evaluate patients’ conditions, implement care plans, and support patients and families coping with advanced illness. Manage complex patient care using sound clinical judgement and evidence-based nursing practice. Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and wound management. Communicate effectively with patients, families and caregivers; assess home care needs and equipment requirements. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements. Mentor junior staff and support professional development. Stay updated with clinical guidelines and contribute to a safe, well-organised care environment. Requirements Diploma in Nursing from a recognised local Polytechnic and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. Background or experience in Oncology, Palliative Care, Gerontology, Geriatrics, or inpatient bedside nursing care. Post-registration experience in a hospital or hospice setting is an added advantage. Working knowledge of IT systems and clinical documentation platforms. Strong commitment to patient-centred care and service excellence. Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented. Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills. Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and perform under pressure.
