[Job ID: 1056985] Responsibilities: Manage and support an existing network of distributors across Southeast Asia in alignment with business unit objectives Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors in emerging or untapped markets Collaborate with distributors to achieve sales targets and overall regional performance goals Develop market-specific or segment-specific strategies with distributors Monitor distributor sales performance quarterly and provide feedback and recommendations Support distributors in effectively positioning products against competitors Track competitor activities and provide actionable market insights Organize and support seminars, training sessions, customer visits, and exhibitions with distributors Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in distributor management Technical knowledge or exposure to scientific or analytical instruments Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally and within Singapore Strong interpersonal and communication skills We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
