Relationship Manager, Private Banking

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients by providing holistic wealth management and financial advisory services. Acquire new-to-bank clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities while deepening relationships with existing clients. Provide tailored investment and wealth planning solutions across a broad range of products, including discretionary portfolios, mutual funds, equities, fixed income, FX, structured products, insurance, and lending solutions. Conduct regular portfolio reviews, monitor market developments, and proactively advise clients on investment opportunities and risk management strategies. Collaborate closely with internal product specialists, investment advisors, credit teams, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management, managing High-Net-Worth (HNW) and/or Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. Proven track record in client acquisition, assets under management (AUM) growth, and revenue generation. Strong knowledge of investment products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, FX, insurance, and credit/lending solutions. Excellent relationship management, communication, and business development skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications CMFAS Papers 1A, 5, 6A, and M5 (or equivalent regulatory certifications). Established network of HNW/UHNW clients with transferable assets under management is highly preferred. Strong understanding of financial markets, portfolio construction, and wealth planning strategies. Experience working with international clients or offshore wealth management is an added advantage.
