Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of retail leases, ensuring strong tenant relationships and optimal occupancy levels. Handle lease administration activities, including new leases, renewals, expiries, negotiations, and lease documentation. Evaluate tenant performance and identify opportunities to enhance long-term tenancy value and mall performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers, and external stakeholders. Support the planning and execution of leasing strategies, tenant mix optimisation, and asset enhancement initiatives. Source and secure new retail concepts and brands that align with the property's positioning. Conduct market research and stay informed of retail trends and competitor activities. Negotiate commercial terms with prospective tenants to maximise asset value and revenue. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on leasing and tenant management matters. Prepare regular leasing, occupancy, and performance reports for management review. Requirements Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. 3-6 years of leasing experience within retail, commercial real estate, shopping malls, or mixed-use developments. Strong understanding of retail leasing practices, tenancy management, and lease negotiations. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and key stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse tenant performance and market opportunities. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
