Regional HR Manager

Job Summary Our client is looking for a Senior HRM to drive regional talent acquisition and employee development initiatives while supporting HR operations across a fast-growing APAC organisation. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes by collaborating with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across the APAC region Enhance employer branding and improve candidate experience to strengthen talent attraction efforts Develop and implement onboarding programs that accelerate new hire integration and engagement Drive employee development initiatives, including performance management and retention strategies, to support workforce growth Coordinate learning and development programs to facilitate career growth and skill enhancement for employees Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee relations resolution Support HR projects by identifying process improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with regional regulations Partner with business leaders to align HR operations with regional growth objectives and business needs Required competencies and certifications Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 3–8 years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and talent management Experience supporting recruitment, employee development, and performance management initiatives Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills Proactive and adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Candidates from a tech startup, entrepreneurial, Growth-Stage Company type background are highly preferred Preferred competencies and qualifications Background in tech startups, entrepreneurial, or growth-stage companies APAC or regional HR experience Other Information For more information about this role please contact Alex Beattie at abeattie@goughrecruitment.com.hk Data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
