About this role
· Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel guestrooms to ensure guest satisfaction. · Make bed, dust room, vacuum the room and clean the bathroom. · Replenish the amenities according to the hotel room standards. · Inspect condition of room facilities and report any defects to Assistant Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor. · Turn over any lost and found items to Housekeeping Department. · Attend to guests requests promptly. · Undertake any other duties as requested by the Supervisors. Job Requirements · Team player but also able to work independently · Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition · Able to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment · Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holiday
