Chinese Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Chinese restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local attractions to effectively assist guests with enquiries and recommendations. Drive revenue growth, maximize restaurant profitability and implement cost-control measures. Build strong relationships with guests and handle requests, feedback and enquiries promptly. Lead and motivate the restaurant team to consistently deliver high-quality food and exceptional service standards. Ensure compliance with established service, hygiene, safety and operational standards. Foster a positive work environment and develop team members through coaching, training and performance management. Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Monitor staffing levels, scheduling and resource allocation to support operational needs. Requirements Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a Chinese restaurant operation. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage restaurant operations, drive revenue and control costs. Service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Strong team-building skills with a passion for developing and mentoring employees.
